Wait Penalties
Automatic charging system that compensates drivers for excessive wait time. When the driver arrives at the pickup point, a timer starts. After the configurable grace period (e.g., 3 free minutes), a per-minute wait rate is charged up to a maximum cap. The charge is automatically integrated into the passenger's receipt and the compensation is credited to the driver's wallet.
