Enable pick-up orders so the customer collects directly at the business without a courier, or require unique 6-digit codes when picking up at the business (pickupCode) and when handing over to the customer (deliveryCode). This avoids cross-order mistakes, ensures only the authorized courier picks up and only the right customer receives the order. Every validation is logged.
