Can I have courts for different sports at different prices?
Yes. Each court is listed as an independent resource with its type, attributes and hourly price. The padel court can cost $350 and the covered fut7 $500 — customers see each one with its rate when booking.
What happens when a team books and never shows up?
You configure a no-show fee. If the booking was prepaid, the amount you define is retained; the rest of the policy is up to you. Reserving stops being free, and your peak slots stop dying empty.
Can I charge in cash when they arrive at the court?
Yes. For each court you choose card prepayment or pay-on-site. Many complexes prepay peak hours and leave front-desk payment for off-peak slots or frequent customers.
How do I block hours for a tournament or maintenance?
From the dashboard you add an exception to the court's schedule (a day, a range of hours or several days) and those slots stop showing in the app. When the tournament ends, remove the exception and they go back on sale.
How do customers prove they booked?
Every booking generates a unique check-in code the customer carries in the app. Your staff validates it at the gate in seconds — no paper lists, no 'I called yesterday' arguments.
Do I need a separate app for bookings?
No. Bookings are a service inside your same Cabgo app. If tomorrow you add gear rental or a snack-bar menu, everything lives in the same app and the same dashboard.
