Frequently asked questions
- Rider and driver mobile apps (iOS + Android), operator dashboard, dispatcher with automatic and manual assignment, configurable zones and tariffs, full branding (logo, colors, custom domain), realtime tracking, push notifications, metrics, commission control, and driver wallet with withdrawals. All shipped in every plan — core features are not tier-gated.
- Stripe (global), MercadoPago (Mexico, Argentina, Chile, Colombia), Culqi (Peru), Transbank WebPay Plus (Chile), Pagadito, dLocal, PayPhone (Ecuador), Kontigo, plus cash. The operator connects their own gateway account and payments land directly there — Cabgo never holds them.
- Yes. Self-hosted facial verification via DeepFace/ArcFace (live in production). The driver takes a selfie when starting their shift; the system compares it against the document photo on their profile. Configurable per tenant (you can turn it off if your market does not require it).
- Yes. Each operator can onboard client companies that get their own panel to request trips, assign cost centers, receive consolidated reports, and pay by monthly invoice. The B2B portal is optional per tenant.
- Yes. A single app can simultaneously offer taxi (passenger transport), food delivery (restaurants with menus), LP gas distribution, courier, professionals, and bookings. The end user sees a launcher with whatever modules the operator has enabled.
- Yes. Every tenant gets WhatsApp Business Quick Connect — the rider can request a trip via WhatsApp through a conversational bot, receive confirmations, ETA, and resolve questions. The operator does not need their own Meta Business account to start.
- Yes. Discount coupons (percentage or fixed amount, with a code), loyalty challenges (e.g. 6 trips and the 7th free), rider-refers-rider and driver-refers-driver referrals with configurable compensation. All from the dashboard, no code required.
