Frequently asked questions

How do I request a ride?

Open Cabgo, sign in, enter your destination, choose a service type and confirm your payment method. Tap Request ride and wait for a driver to accept.

How do I cancel a ride?

From the tracking screen, tap Cancel. If the ride has already started, contact the driver through the in-app chat before canceling to avoid charges.

I'm not getting new-trip notifications

Make sure notifications are enabled for Cabgo, confirm background location permission (drivers), and sign out and back in to refresh the notification token.

How do I update my account info?

Go to Profile > Edit info. Sensitive changes (email, phone, documents) will require additional verification.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Profile > Settings > Delete account, or email soporte@cabgo.app. Deletion takes up to 30 days and follows the Privacy Policy.

I have a problem with a charge or a trip

Email soporte@cabgo.app with the trip date, the amount and a short description. We will review the case and reply by email.

Emergencies

If you are in an emergency during a trip, contact your local emergency services immediately. Cabgo does not replace the authorities.
