Terms of Service
Last updated: April 1, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the CabGo platform (hereinafter "the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any of these terms, do not use the Service.
2. Description of the Service
CabGo is a software as a service (SaaS) platform that enables transportation and delivery companies to manage their operations, including but not limited to: driver management, passengers, trips, payments, and communications.
3. User Accounts
To use the Service, you must create an account providing truthful and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not use the Service for fraudulent, illegal, or unauthorized activities. You must not attempt to access systems or data to which you are not authorized. You must not interfere with the operation of the Service or with other users.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, code, design, and functionality of the Service are the property of CabGo and are protected by intellectual property laws. No license is granted over CabGo's intellectual property beyond the use of the Service according to these Terms.
6. Data and Privacy
The processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you agree to such processing.
7. Payments and Billing
Prices and payment conditions are established in the contracted plan. CabGo reserves the right to modify its rates with 30 days' prior notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension of the Service.
8. Limitation of Liability
CabGo shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service. CabGo's total liability shall be limited to the amount paid by the user in the last 12 months.
9. Termination
CabGo may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for breach of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings.
10. Modifications
CabGo reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be notified through the Service or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
11. Programmatic Access and AI Applications (API, OAuth, MCP)
Cabgo exposes a public API (/api/v1/*) and a hosted MCP server (/mcp) that third-party applications — including AI agents — may use to act on your behalf after an explicit OAuth 2.0 authorization. You are responsible for the actions those applications take while they hold an active authorization. Best practices: (a) review the scopes each application requests before approving; (b) revoke unused access from Dashboard → Settings → Authorized apps; (c) do not share access tokens (automatic refresh-token rotation and reuse detection protect your account when these practices are followed). Cabgo reserves the right to refuse, rate-limit, or suspend access for applications that violate these Terms, generate abusive volume, or threaten the integrity of the Service.
